FC Helper Premium: Terms of sale
FC Helper Premium is provided by FC Helper, not by Google, Mozilla or EA. New purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which handles payment, tax and receipts.
What you buy
Premium unlocks FC Helper's paid features in the EA FC Ultimate Team Web App for as long as your subscription is active.
- Monthly: US$2.99 a month.
- Yearly: US$29.99 a year.
- Prices include tax. Checkout shows the total before you pay.
Free trial
New subscribers get 7 days free. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your first payment is taken on day 7. One free trial per person.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the same price, every month or every year, until you cancel.
Cancelling
Use the link in your receipt email, or write to support@fchelper.com. Cancelling stops the next payment. Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds and your 14-day right
If your receipt came from Link: refunds and your 14-day right to cancel are handled by Link under its terms:
- Link terms (Belgium): https://link.com/en-be/terms
- Link terms (all other countries): https://link.com/terms
- Link refund policy: https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds
If your receipt did not come from Link (older subscriptions billed directly): write to support@fchelper.com for a refund. You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund.
